Please be as specific as possible. *List any changes to your product lineup in 2022Comments, Special Requests, Etc...ELECTRICITY: If you are signing up to be a full-season vendor and you need electricity, the fees for electricity are: TG Saturdays - $50; TG Tuesdays - $35; Boulevard Sundays - $35. If you are vending occasionally, the fee is $5 per date for all markets. (Each venue has limited spots for electricity, priority will be given to established Full Season vendors. We encourage vendors to purchase or rent quiet generators. Rules and Policies *I have read and agree to the 2022 vendor rules and policiesCancellation Policy Please read carefully, some policies have changed for 2022. -A full-season vendor is defined as a vendor who has committed to the 32 week regular season. Only full-season vendors will be assigned permanent spaces. -Before the start of the season, full-season vendors paid-in-full will receive a 90% refund. After the start of the season, no refunds will be given. -Before the start of the season, full-season vendors paying weekly will receive a refund of 50% of their deposit. After the start of the season, no refunds will be given. -Before the start of the season, non-full-season vendors will receive a refund of 50% of their deposit. After the start of the season, no refunds will be given. Deposit, Payment, and Attendance Policy -Deposits will be applied to dates missed during the season that are not due to illness or family emergency, or the last three market dates of the regular season. -Any absence that is not communicated to market management at least 48 hours in advance is considered an unexcused absence unless it is the result of illness or family emergency. -If a full-season vendor has 3 unexcused absences, the vendor forfeits their booth location. -Full-season vendors are renting their booth space for the regular, 32 week season. If a vendor has an unexcused absence, they are still expected to pay their booth fee for the date(s) they miss. -When a vendor signs up for a date, they are expected to be there. If a vendor has an unexcused absence, they are still expected to pay their booth fee for the date(s) they miss. -Dates that are prepaid and not attended by the vendor will not be refunded unless the absence is excused. -The farmers' markets are open rain or shine and absences due to weather are not excused absences. Late Arrival and Vendor Exit Policy -Vendors are required to be in their designated market spot no later than one hour before market start time. -Market tear down will begin immediately after posted market closing. The market is not responsible for you or your product after the posted market closing. The only reason a vendor should leave the Market before closing time is if they are COMPLETELY sold out of their product or if there is an emergency. Alert Management at the information table if you completely sell out and are leaving early. Any other case must be pre-approved by the Manager. Local Foods Policy Vendors who wish to sell produce or products not grown or made by their farm or business must submit a written request to the market manager either by email or by letter at the market information booth. Included in the request must be the farm or business that is growing or making the product, a contact name and phone number, and their farming practices and complete list of ingredients if applicable. The sale of any products prior to approval by market management is prohibited. Prepared Foods Policy All prepared food vendors must be appropriately and fully permitted by either the City of St. Louis (Tower Grove Farmers’ Market) or St. Louis County (The Boulevard Farmers’ Market), and follow all applicable guidelines. Trash Removal, Booth Setup, Cleanup Vendors are required to haul away their trash at the end of the market. Onsite trash cans are not for vendor use. All Vendors are required to bring their own tent weights. Weights must be attached to the tent throughout all operating hours. Vendor spaces should be clean when the vendor departs for the day. For all vendors I agree to follow all market rules and I understand that this application relates only to the products and equipment listed herein and that any further products or equipment will require market manager approval. I certify that the above are produced in accordance with all county, state and federal laws. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless STL-FM, LLC from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which are in any way connected with my participation in this activity, or my use of their equipment or facilities, arising from negligence. This release does not apply to claims arising from intentional conduct. Should Releases or anyone acting on their behalf be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs.
