2023 Vendor Application


Please Note: The $25 application fee must be paid at time of application or the application will not be processed.  


STL-FM Rules and Regulations

 
Please read carefully, some policies have changed for 2023.
By checking each box below you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the rules and regulations of STL-FM.

TGFM Saturday: 33 weekly markets
BLVD Sunday: 26 weekly markets
TGFM Tuesday: 21 weekly markets - (no market 7/4)
Rockwell Beer Garden @ Francis Park Thursday: 26 weekly markets


Cancellation Policy 


Deposit, Fees, Payment, and Attendance Policy


Please note that applications may take up to 2-3 weeks to process. If you are accepted, you will be notified via email. If you are not accepted, you will be notified by email as well.


Late Arrival Policy


Weather Communication


The Markets are all-weather. If there is severe weather, STL-FM will send out a SMS text notification to the contact listed on the application with updates. If no notification is received, the market is on! NOTE: STL-FM has canceled less than 5 markets in 16 years.


Market Culture


STL-FM has worked diligently to create an inclusive space that is open and inviting to all. This includes creating a positive community of vendors. In providing a welcoming environment, the expectation is that vendors contribute positively to the community. Please treat others with respect, if you have any issues with another vendor, please bring it to the attention of the Market Manager.


Trash Removal Policy


Communication


Vendors will receive an email a few days prior to each market they are signed up for. The weekly email will contain set up information and any other necessary information that vendors need to know for Market day.
The safety of vendors, shoppers and staff is of the utmost importance.
