2019 Food & Farmer Returning Vendor Signup

This form is only for those who were vendors in 2018. If you were not a vendor in 2018, please the New Vendor page.

*Please note you must submit a separate application for each market (Ferguson FM Saturdays, Tower Grove Saturdays, Tower Grove Tuesdays, The Boulevard Sundays) you plan to vend at in 2019.* 

After you submit this form, you will be taken to a page where you can pay for the 2019 season in-full or, if you choose to pay weekly in 2019, you can pay a deposit to secure your spot. The deposit will be applied to your last three markets of the season.

2019 Fees

Ferguson – Saturdays, May 4 – October 26, 8am-Noon

Full Season: $340 or Weekly Fee: $20

Tower Grove – Saturdays, April 13 – November 16, 8am-12:30pm

Full Season: $1,000 or Weekly Fee: $45

Tower Grove – Tuesdays, April 23-October 1, 4-7pm (4-8pm during June and July)

Full Season: $600 or Weekly Fee: $30

The Boulevard – Sundays – Sundays, May 5 – November 24, 9am-1pm

Full Season: $900 or Weekly Fee: $40

If you are signing up to be a full-season vendor at three or more markets AND are you paying your fees in full, you will receive a 10% refund once all payments are received.

Spaces are not reserved until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy


Before the start of the season, season-long vendors paid-in-full will receive a 90% refund. After that start of the season, no refunds will be given.


Before the start of the season, season-long vendors paying weekly will receive a refund of 50% of their deposit. After that start of the season, no refunds will be given.


Deposits will be applied to dates missed during the season that are not due to illness or family emergency.


If a vendor misses 3 dates (except in the case of illness or family emergency), the vendor forfeits their booth location.


Late Arrival Policy


Vendors are required to be in their designated market spot no later than 7:00 AM. Vendors who arrive after 7:15 AM will forfeit their spot. Vendors who arrive after 7:30 AM will not be allowed to participate in the market that day, no exceptions.


Local Foods Policy


Vendors who wish to sell produce or products not grown or made by their farm or business must submit a written request to the market either by email or by letter at the market information booth. Included in the request must be the farm or business that is growing or making the product, a contact name and phone number, and their farming practices and complete list of ingredients if applicable. The sale of any products prior to approval by the market board is prohibited.


Trash Removal Policy


Vendors are required to haul away their trash at the end of the market. Vendor spaces should be clean when vendor departs for the day.

I agree to follow all market rules and I understand that this application relates only to the products and equipment listed herein and that any further products or equipment will require market master approval. I certify that the above are produced in accordance with all county, state and federal laws.


I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless STL-FM, LLC from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which are in any way connected with my participation in this activity, or my use of their equipment or facilities, arising from negligence. This release does not apply to claims arising from intentional conduct. Should Releases or anyone acting on their behalf be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs.
